'Sadistic' paedophile who rushed into hospital carrying dying 15-month-old girl he fatally abused is jailed for 25 years
Barry McCarney will serve at least 25 years behind bars for killing Millie Martin. But Rachael Martin, the girl's mother, criticised the sentence at Belfast Crown Court, saying: '25 years isn't long enough.'
