Doctor 'opens fire during homeowners' meeting in church, shooting dead neighbour, 73, and critically wounding another after dispute over driveway turns deadly'
Mahmoud Yousef Hindi, 55, who was recently told his driveway violated city zoning codes fatally shot a neighbour and critically injured another at a homeowners association meeting inside a Kentucky church, police said today.
