A Soviet-era ski instructor
Every once in a while Powder magazine profiles an interesting character in the ski world, and they recently chose Jozsi "Yosh" Kabdebo, an 87-year-old ski instructor who hails from Hungary. The man's been in Oregon ever since the 1950s, when he found himself recuperating there after being shot by Soviets as a Hungarian Freedom Fighter.
