Amber Thomas captures three-year-old Emily's last giggles before life-saving surgery that will rob her of her voice
Texas toddler Emily Thomas, who suffers from cerebral palsy, had undergone a permanent tracheotomy to open her airways, but because of the procedure, the 3-year-old will never be able to laugh or speak again.
