Frail pensioner choked to death on tablet given by nurse who ignored 'nil by mouth' sign and cried 'I've killed him'
Even though Norman Betchley, 81, from Colchester, was already very ill, the coroner at Chelmsford Coroners Court decided the tablet probably caused his death.
